My daughter thought she was old enough to order her own strawberry frappe and chocolate croissant, what she didn't realize is that she ordered it at different location than the one we were at. I called the Starbucks where she ordered it and they told me to just show our receipt at our current location and they would honor it. I was super surprised when they did, not only that but they didn't even give us a hard time. The girl simply said "no problem". Now that is awesome service.

This is a fantastically staffed and run Starbucks, in fact one of the best I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of employees to make sure orders are out quickly and that everything is clean; they all seem very happy doing their jobs and their morale is reflected in the pleasant atmosphere. Being the only one in town it is quite busy, but never overwhelming.

This location was one of the best I’ve visited. We had a pretty large order including a coffee traveler, which normally will throw a staff off since the travelers are very inconvenient. And the staff was so friendly and helpful even though it was a busy morning. They were quick and on top of it and had amazing attitudes!

Great staff , super for great coffee in the area, the they close a bit early for my schedule I wish they were open a little later in the evening especially in the summer. But overall four stars next to the Starbucks DHS crew, see you soon! Thank you thank you thank you

Way too busy. I waited 25 minutes to buy a box of pods. Only 1 server at the front. The rest-- 4- were at the window. Good service but this is the only Starbucks in town-- for a city of 30,000. We need another Starbucks or coffee place as too impacted. Even in the afternoon there is a line of 5-6 cars.
